Aquabionic Warp 1 Fins 20% Off

untitled

We have the Aquabionic Fins on sale, we have colors of: Blue, Red, Yellow and Black

aquabionic 1 – advanced scuba diving fin technology

With its patented warp technology CETATEK introduced the world’s first water adapting responsive propulsion technology for fins.

The design uses bio-mimicry as approach to innovation, harnessing biomechanical designs, emulating nature’s time-tested patterns and strategies found in various marine mammals in order to produce the most comfortable and powerful fin ever developed.

Interaction of Y-frame chassis and blade actuators allow divers to actively morph the fin blade and surface area using just the degree of load needed to meet the constantly changing demands of the marine environment.

The result is a fin that is comfortable enough to wear all day, efficient enough to propel a fully dressed diver with minimal demands on air and energy, yet instantly powerful enough to allow the diver to negotiate the toughest currents and conditions.

This sophisticated design allows the fin to be flexible and maneuverable at low thrust and become increasingly more powerful when more propulsion is needed. Anticipating a divers kick impulse, the forced adapting dynamic cupping and spreading of the actuators and central membrane dynamically modulate the surface area of the fin, capturing and accelerating more undisturbed water for most efficient propulsion. The design also allows for relatively low profile side rails while still minimizing side spill. This makes the aquabionic1 not only an excellent fin for straight-line flutter kicks, but also a top performer for frog and scull style kicking as well.

Bionics applied and as close to nature as it gets.

Watch How to Fin Backwards !

Want to stay down longer? The PADI Enriched Air course lets you increase your allowable bottom time through increasing the amount of oxygen you breathe and decreasing the amount of nitrogen your body takes on compared to regular air dives.  For example, breathing 36% instead of 21% will nearly double your bottom time at 80 feet, increasing your no decompression limit from 30 minutes to 55.

Call the shop to reserve your spot at one of the following courses.
