Practiced regularly, yoga promotes deep, slow breathing that teaches us how to calm the mind. Yoga also strengthens and stretches muscles that are important in diving.

Yoga practices with Glynis Baldock will be offered at Beaver Aquatics starting Tuesday September 15th. Classes will be limited to 6 students per session.
Time: 6pm – 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays
Cost: $10/person per one hour practice
